try ballancing the front tires and if that does not do it then check the idler and pitman arms. If the yare really bad they will cause it.

more than likely the rod end at the pitman arm is bad, I would get lower control arms for a 3 inch lift. I have see nbad lower control arm bushings cause this too. Waynehart is right, the shop that aligned your jeep should have inspected it for worn parts before doing an alignment.

where did you get the drill bits? and how big of a drill did you use? I do not mind spending hours to drill them out.

Thanks for the advice guys! My first attempt was to use a brake cylinder hone and that worked surpriring ly well for about 1/4 of one of the holes. I have a line up bar so I will most likely end up cutting of the spindle.

I just switched my rear 60 over to 35 spline shafts and they will not fit through the spindles. Any one know of a good way to bore them out with out taking the axle to a machine shop?
