    Political So now what

Hmmm. I'd rather have the water. And Utah does not have a returned bottle/can rebate. If someone is that hard up for drugs, well, it gets me to wonder what the options are. That isn't really a political issue as much as it is societal.

    Political So now what

Tonkaman, a friend of mine was about to go off to Taiwan to visit his in laws. He was told that unless he's willing to get enlisted it's a bad idea. He was not very happy with the details he shared.

Mental health: it’s ok to talk.

I don't know if this is the right place or not to put this, but in light of the fire I told you guys of, I did a Go Fund Me page. If this is the wrong place, my apologies. https://gofund.me/6533ba80

Mental health: it’s ok to talk.

You know, my boss sold a good chunk of his property a year or so back, and we're talking about right on Dry Mesa. Has some great spots for camping. I'd stay away from the place in Thompson. I used to live in Thompson back in '97, and if you knew how many places there had a meth lab at least...

Electric vs. "fossil fuel"- how will electric vehicles affect off-roading?

I think the title covers the subject well. As time goes on more & more vehicles are "going electric". How is this going to interact with the off-road & rock crawler communities and locations? My concern is charging. I don't know about you, but what good is a truck if it "runs out of fuel"...

If ya win it's a revolution. If ya lose it's an insurrection. You don't gamble in a casino if ya can't afford to lose.

Mental health: it’s ok to talk.

I'm with ya. I don't know how many of you saw where I used to live in Dry Canyon. I kept saying I loved it. In a sense I did. But I really didn't realize how detrimental is was living up there. There were a lot of factors that made it unpleasant. Social, political, legal, psychological...

    Hanging Tree Trail update

I think this is the part you want as it shows the Hanging Tree Trail. When travelling up canyon in Section 20, you cross from BLM land onto private property. I do not recall who the owners are, but they never responded when I wrote them about these parcels. The trail is highlighted in sky...

    Hanging Tree Trail update

In this one, what looks lik it's inside the blue box on the left is actually BLM land. The loop in the lower right hand corner of that "box" is a pull-off/turn-around that you can freely use.

    Hanging Tree Trail update

In addition, I have for you some detailed maps. This shows the road going from Dry Canyon road (black), and the road going to the Dry Canyon Waterfall. Which is totally cool to check out when there's water there. I have panned & sluiced the creek and found one microspeck of gold. Wasn't even...

    Hanging Tree Trail update

A few months back my former boss, Tom Lund, sold the Dry Canyon property. No idea who bought it. I got moved out a couple years ago, the county was pushing Tom on my presence. Guess they didn't like seeing someone up there. The XL Canyon property was, as I said last time, traded to his...

    Precious metals?

My advice is invest in more than just precious metals. Strategic metals have a decent market as well. When I last invested in either, I retained physical possession of them. When used for online trading there are companies that give you the paperwork verifying ownership, yet keep physical...

Sorry I missed you guys, even if all it would have been is a hi & hello meet. Who do I talk to about arranging a trip up the trail for a friend of mine?
