Has anyone seen this bolt before and/or know what it's called and where I can find it?
Came off some aftermarket mirrors for a 2005 f250. Basically they are mirrors that copycat the 2008 f-series tow mirrors.2559DE7A-6325-476B-A355-DE5248504611.jpeg

It looks similar to other mirror bolts sold at ford dealers. They do not change bolts to mirrors frequently so it is likely it is still sold at dealerships. Take your vin number of truck into the dealer and they can help pull it up for you.

Searching leads me to "double headed bolt" or a "hanger bolt" looks like a variation is used in furniture.

alibaba looks like they are all over it

Would they sell me just the bolts? I try to avoid dealerships if at all possible.

Last time I talked to one for a different "specific bolt" scenario they wanted to charge me $25 per bolt for one I was able to find for $2 anywhere else once I had a name/part # for it.

At my location we do sell most bolts separately for scenarios like this.
