Can we talk dogs?

I wish I could take my dog out to more social events/stores because she needs the socialization. She is one of the best trained dogs I've ever had in my family but loves new people more than life itself. Doesn't really care about dogs, loud noises, etc. But if somebody new walks by that she could potentially be friends with, all her training goes out the window and SHE MUST SHOW THIS PERSON HOW MUCH SHE LOVES THEM!
Sounds like my Golden Retriever.

You guys made me google.
I was surprised that you all spoke highly of the boxer. In my mind they are as mean and aggressive as a pit bull.
We had a neighbor with a boxer and pits when I was a kid.. and they all seemed mean.
It seems boxers are well tempered family pets.
I learnt something today.

Good looking boxer s
She does look like a boxer, in fact when I asked the breader if we could come meet her puppy’s, she was all like “ I only have one left the brown female” we were so excited as she was the pup we wanted. She is the runt of the litter, but is packing on the weight fast. She is an Olde English Bulldogge, freaking smart and very stubborn when she doesn’t want to do something like go on walks on a leash.

Cool puppers!

On a crappy note, somebody threw poison onto a friends property in Nebraska and their dog (longhair German shepherd) ate it yesterday. It was chunks of rat poison, but must’ve been covered with something to get him to eat it. And they found 3 separate bricks, so it was definitely intentional. People suck

Good thing those are the long floppy eared variant. If they were the shorter floppy eared variant with the more athletic build I would just advise getting rid of them.

Just kidding......I have a jaded opinion of beagles since I grew up with them and my dad did nothing to train them other then teaching them to beg for food.

I don't think beagle need to be taught to beg!
