Looks great! I'm still a few months out before I even start on walls. Starting to get the electrical planning going now while we wait for warmer weather to pour concrete.

Cool.

I just dug out the tree @johngottfredson told me to plant in front of my garage and replaced it with a northern red oak from lowes. I decided I wanted a big tree right in front of my house. I probably would have got a locust but I recently got one to turn on my lathe and hate the way it smells when being cut. So, I went with the oak.

I will also be planting northern red oaks at my place. One of my faves, if the soil pH isn’t too high.

Been doing some Spring cleaning/landscaping work this weekend... the flower beds have been a haven for weeds, so I put down weed block and put some river rock in the smaller area. Thinking about bark in the larger flower bed, the wife has Tulips she wants to plant in there.

Counter tops installed in our basement today. Getting really close to getting this done enough to start renting it out. Need to have finished plumbing done then some touch up paint and make the back yard presentation better(lots of weeds). Then lay down some road base. Hopefully by the end of May it is renting.

Who did you have do your shower base or did you do it?
I did it. This is my 2nd mud pack base. I used a Goof-Proof system for the pre & post slope as well as the weep hole protection.
