I agree but my Irish heritage stands at odds with just letting people who are wrong and entitled ruin a good time.

No, I just mean Mueller is beautiful, but there's nothing about it that stands out as a must-ride MTB trail to me. I don't have anything local on my side of town so I gotta drive to ride anywhere, so when I drive I want it to be worth it, either a trail system that's new to me or a trail that's really really good. There's nothing wrong with Mueller, besides the traffic, I just think there's better places to ride.

We had the MVUM on a map ready to show them we were in the clear. Civil dialogue wasn't on their agenda.

... and there are faaaaaaar more places to legally hike in the Wasatch Front. Access is a two way trail, literally.

I feel there should be more moto traffic on the trail to educate more people that they're legal.

There are tons of places close to me to hike and ride my MTN bike, but precious few places to ride my moto on singletrack. It was a terrific place to get my first experience on singletrack on a dirt bike.

Honestly a little table setup on Saturday mornings with some information for both human powered and motor powered folks would go along ways. As best as I can tell the routes were pioneered by motorized users. Human nature is to feel ownership over ones favorite trails and it's easy to get upset with people using them differently or perhaps detracting from what you perceive is the perfect day on the trail. I feel ownership of many trails particularly AFC for example.

Anyone familiar with the Sessions family and the Burro Mine? Most info seems to point to them taking equipment up via Mueller?

I just live up the road from you in Kaysville and wish we had more single track in Davis Co. Utah County has AF Canyon, West of Utah Lake, 5 mile, Diamond Fork, Mapleton, Hobble Creek, Payson Canyon, etc, etc. Davis County has a couple of trails up Bountiful, Mueller Park and some really boring stuff up Farmington. The fire break has jersey barriers up blocking access above the cemetery but if you know where to go, you can legally get on the fire break and go to Bountiful. Weber County has Lewis Peak, Ben Lomond and some areas above Monte Cristo. I would get irritated licensing my toys in Davis Co because their fees were astronomical and we didn't have a lake, good sledding or motorbiking.

Wandered up Sidewinder to test out my new steering. Could use a few tweaks but hands down better than before. I can hit the Ford factory steering stops both directions now… had to use a 10” ram with the Artec weld on arms to make it happen.

I was today years old when I learned eggs are included in a vegetarians portfolio of options. Seems it took a push from the egg lobby to solidify the arrangement and it's not without controversy.

Personally, if reincarnated as a chicken. I'd much rather be fattened up and turned into Chic-fil-A than forced into a lifetime of offspring theft from a small cage.

Eggs are an option to vegetarians. They are not on the menu however for vegans.

Vegetarians don’t eat meat. Vegans don’t eat any animal products at all. Including anything that would be made from an animal without it needing to be killed. Eggs, milk, cheese, etc.

I figured it would be cheaper to buy a tool vs paying someone to remove all the bent tubes on the buggy. I refuse to use a cut off wheel to do it. So When Katelynn is ready we will get busy tearing it apart with this Milwaukee fuel deep cut band saw.

I LOVE my portable band saw. It's the only thing I will cut tube with now. Excellent choice, sir

I might suggest a sawzall for at least the first cut on the tube? Cutting out bent tubes that are under a lot of stress can cause them to spring into a different position when cut....then your sweet portaband is stuck.... Milwaukee torch blades work really well and have a good life. Just my $.02

I support this plan. I hate losing a bandsaw blade when something moves and it gets bound up.

I had that happen with a tube that I only had tacked in on my buggy. A chassis that’s seen abuse will be way worse
