That's interesting. What were your thoughts? Did pieces of char float up into the drink?

Eh... it did seem a little smoother, hardly noticed any flavor difference though. No char floating around, but it's a very light char and there's no loose chunks inside the cup.

Apparently you're not supposed to wash it like a normal cup, no soap. Over time it's supposed to add flavor. 🤷‍♂️

I need more time to see if it's worthwhile.

I just returned for my trip to North Carolina, at one time North Carolina was the largest manufacturer of whiskey in the USA. But then probation happened, they shut down the distillery’s and moonshine production started up, this combined with the need to deliver the moonshine and out run the cops eventually led to the creation of NASCAR in North Carolina. But after probation no one ever really built back the whiskey production, this allowed Tennessee to surpass North Carolina as the whiskey king. It is surprising how few really good recommendations I got from locals for whiskey. Most people talked about the great beers that are being brewed there, and there are some newer distilleries that have popped up, but most are just too young to be making a well aged product. ( this is all stuff I gathered from locals so if it wrong it’s the general consensus from people who live in the charlotte NC area) with all of that in mind here is my NC haul:

I just returned from my trip to Greenbay Wisconsin. Everywhere we went people were drinking kessler. It not from Wisconsin but it is very popular, is cheap like 9.00 a bottle 😂
