That's an interesting chunk, with part of the Snakes parking lot. Too bad it doesn't go up into the trails...

It's also interesting because if someone buys it and doesn't want people on their land, they're going to have a full-time job enforcing that.

We‘ve discussed this on RME somewhere recently, I’ve been watching it since it listed. This was originally part of the parcel including the new Ford Raptor School that occupies the land across the street. They carved chunk off and are obviously asking some $$$ for it. Fortunately the trails are protected by right-of-way access but an industrial complex there would certainly be a buzzkill for the Snakes.

Those Tooele county boys must have extra gold in their dirt. The cost per acre seems significantly more than I would have expected for each of the recent properties we've talked about.

They will certainly be developed commercially in the coming years. Road access and proximity to a growing Tooele Valley and Eagle Mountain area do have an intrinsic value.

Did we ever decide on where we’re all gonna start a commune?

-year round access (by 4x4 of course)
-within a couple hours of Salt Lake
-off the beaten path a.k.a you’ve gotta work at it to get there; can’t just stumble upon it

There’s gotta be a secluded mtn top somewhere that we can acquire.

That very first one we talked about is still available. I think @cruiseroutfit is the only person who has actually laid eyes on it... but I like it from what I can see.
