Don’t know if this would be considered to be positive or inspiring to most but when it comes to employees I always say

I don't know who coined the phrase, but I heard it at a conference last year:

Again, I don't know the source, but I often tell my kids that "Half of success in this life is just showing up." In this age of not being able to get job candidates to show up for interviews or new employees to show up for the first day, I think this is even more applicable. If you're willing to show up, get your hands dirty, and work hard, you're well ahead of many of your peers.

Can't remember which Jumpmaster I heard it from the first time. Basically meant, stay calm, rely on your training and don't forget you have a reserve for a reason.
"You'll either get over it, or die from it".
My dad used to tell us that as kids. His intent was to illustrate 99% of problems can be solved with a little patience, a deep breath and time to figure out the solution. Don't sweat the small stuff and let it consume you.
