Same place, same time. Goal is to go about half a mile past the over Legacy hwy bridge. 4:45pm I "think" I have my Samsung Health app working to record my mileage. We'll see.
Edit: Just for any future personal reference, I'm doing "OK" physically but I can tell I'm moving again and my body is protesting. Dull aches in my back, sore glutes (definitely expected), and I can "feel" my quads. The quads aren't sore but I bet as I get them moving again this afternoon, I'll feel the lactic acid in the muscles there. As long as it's not "pain", I'll keep going.
A little saddle irritation going on. That's expected as well. If that keeps up, I'll invest in a better seat as I'm sure 1) the technology has changed a WEE bit since 1994 and 2) the materials aren't what they were when mfg after this long. 2 rides in, I expect some saddle issues. I think I'd buy a new saddle at 5-6 rides so it's probably time to start researching/shopping a bit as 5-6 rides will be sometime next week.
Oh, and I got on the scale yesterday morning.... yikes, I am a fat ass (at least for me @ 264)
