I tell you hwhat, the Tacoma groups on Facebook were a big contributor to me leaving social media. The only less mechanically competent cohort are the jeep-hers groups with accent colors and ducks. The Taco Bros complete lack of any knowledge had zero impact on their confidence. At least the Jeep ladies don't think they are mechanically knowledgeable, they just like pretty jeeps.
