Made Cloud Eggs for my wife's birthday breakfast, first time making them and they turned out amazing! Iearning a new way to cook eggs is worthwhile, IMO! They were delicious, I'll make them again for sure.

Reverse sear bone-in Ribeye on the RecTeq with garlic parmesean potatoes, to finish out 2024! Turned out amazing.

My turn to make dinner tonight... bacon wrapped tenderloin with parmesean garlic potatoes, again... and green beans. The smoker got HOT and the bacon was crispy, but the steak was a nice medium-rare.

No pics but slow cooked moose roast and veggies over rice was pretty awesome last night. I got lucky on the seasoning.
