    its just a piece of 3" pipe and some 1/4 mild steel plate with 312ss cover pass. i used 309l ss on the axle housing

    I'm certain a 14b on the coast side is far stronger than a d60 on the drive side. The ring gear is bigger and the pinion is massive compared to the d60 also the 3rd pinion bearing that the 14b has. My biggest reason for all this work is the spool size. I'm running 40 spline inners shafts. We...

    He might need a booster seat lol I had to buy a bore gauge to get a accurate measurement on these housing to ensure a propper press fitment. My snap gauges weren't cutting it with the bores not being perfectly round.i had a 1/4" to spare in my press. 👌 beef cake

    It totally sucked. it took way too long. i was dreaming up a way to use my 6x79" 3phase belt sander after doing the first one jic i decided to do the second juan. Are you saying 1.75" total? i intend to plasma cut off the bottom lip on the 14 bolt which will gain me an easy 5/8"
