Yes, Chevycrew is the shop manager and does most of the design work. He is also the last person to cut corners when it comes to functionality and reliability when building a vehicle like this. I talked with Jacob today and got some good news, and a direction to go with my strong box issue. I will pull my strong box and report back later maybe on my own thread ha ha.

I have a strong word of caution, I have the 241 strong box and have had nothing but issues since day one. First off it took many months to receive all of my parts and when I did have all the parts I had to send the main shaft back to get reworked as it would not allow the selector gear to slide...

With that many miles, I would drive it until it stops running and then worry about fixing it.............

I run "adapters" on my 03 Duramax and have not had issue, I also ran 1.5" spacers on my 93 toyota sas for 6 years without issue. Just use loctite, proper torque and you will be fine.

Do those have a driveline between the t-case and the trans like the sami's did?
