Thanks Jeff. So far the cheapest places I've found are about $1500 a month for a house or a condo. Pretty spendy, but they are fully furnished and include utilities. If you know of something cheaper lemme know.

I bought my '88 with 190K on it back in January for $1400. You can find them cheaper than $3K if you keep your eyes open. I'd offer around $2k and then keep looking.
