I’d rather drive in GJ than Ut Valley too. I call the windmills at the mouth of SF Canyon the Gates of Hell. Whenever I see them I want to turn around and head for home.

I left the Wasatch Front because I got tired of all the people moving in and taking over “my” recreation areas. This was well before I started to feel any real stress in my life. I don’t even want to think what my stress level would be like now if I still lived there. Going back to visit family...

Spent the day just kicking around the Swell. Wandered in and out of three random canyons just enjoying the solitude and scenery. Sometimes you just need to get lost in some big country.

I’m not even sure if it’s open anymore. It got to the point we’d only eat there when a friend of ours was waitressing. We’d call her and ask who the cook was that day and she’d either vouch for them or not. They changed owners recently and I don’t know what the situation is anymore. Regardless...
