I've done the WFA course a couple of times through the BSA climbing instructors group. It is a very good course - seems like the content is licensed from the Red Cross. It is a 16 hour class and teaches advanced first aid for situations where help is more than a few hours away. BSA required...

That is good news! 70mph is pretty much a dead giveaway for minor tire/wheel/axle shaft problems. If it were other driveline/transmission/engine problems, it would be more likely at other speeds. I'd put my bet on tires.

I hate to say it, but this ^^, especially after your latest experience with the brake inspection. Throw stock wheels and tires on it that are known to be smooth. Lots of things can be wrong that balancing can mask, but not fix.

I had a brother who lived in Portland for most his life. Definitely a different vibe there. The way their mayor is handling this is completely crazy to me, but maybe that is what the public expects there. I just hope the rest of the nation doesn't have to pay for their strange ideas.

Back of cab to the back of the permanent bed is 118". Ramps are 79" down the angle. They stick out 76" beyond the 118 (194 overall from the back of the cab). Ha ha. Does anyone really need a ski boat? I'd consider a trade, but I'm not in the market for a boat.

Or just add a lithium battery that does nothing but the fridge and is disconnected when the engine isn't running. It will be expensive up front, but it will rebound many many more times and running it dead won't be nearly as costly in the long term.

I have no hope that any government can apply a rule where common sense prevails.
