Crazy! My office was at 257 E 200 S up until last month. Wouldn't surprise me to learn it was started by homeless. That area is overrun and quite discusting if you walk around. Every old building is being demoed anyway to make room for new condos and transitional housing.

Had a great ride with great people this morning. If looks could kill, we would have been dead and burried multiple times over from the hikers and Mtn bikers on the trail. Only had 2 people tell us we couldn't be there, but neither was willing to see our proof we were 100% on a motorized trail.

If you're serious about trading it in, I'd get an offer on trade and relist it at $5k over trade in, or what your tax benefit of a trade would be, and try to sell it at that price. Then a dealer doesn't get all the benefit of massive mark up. My $0.02.

I use Youtube music on a subscription. I like the ad free channels and the downloads. I don't like hearing songs from my daughter or wife's playlists though. I've been thinking of switching to Spotify, but I hate ads so I'd probably give up YouTube all together if I had to watch ads on the platform.
