I worked in the car industry for quite a while, tax season was always really good for us for down payments. I consider this similar. Not that you can't get a deal, but inventory doesn't stick around very long

Just like the mortgage industry they make more money if you go through their financing and kick the pricing down sometimes. I get their best price with their loan companies and just pay if off the same month
