have you done this? if so, were you able to find wide clamps?

on your spare driveshafts. I have seen people use all sorts of tapes but the tape eventually gets dirty and falls off and thus the caps will fall off. so, besides tape what have you found that will hold the joints securely while in storage?

you could send back your old ones now and then have them if ever the need arises.

thats the way I understand it too. and everything in life is getting more expense as a result of the high diesel prices.

yeah, I bought my truck about 5 1/2 years ago and diesel was 1.35 a gallon. Times have changed :sick:
