If you sign up for the Pickle on the first Saturday, the 24th, my BIL Jeremy will be the trail leader. My wife's Grandfather Devon and I will also be a gunners. Your CJ would be great on that trail.
Looking for a friend. He is regearing a front Dana 61, but has 4.10 gears for a Dana 60. Would like to either get the right gears for the 61 or get a good Dodge pattern Dana 60 that he can install his gears into. He's short on time, wants to be geared up for a trip to Nevada by...
One thing to try is to use starting fluid, even if you have fresh gas. I think the ethanol in today's fuel causes spark plugs to rust, and the starting fluid helps with an initial start after sitting for a long time. This has worked for me several times.
I had to blot tears from my eyes, what a terrible loss you have endured. My son had a few seizures when he was 2 to 3 years old, and he quit breathing several times. That was some of the worst moments of my life.
I don't use PayPal or other high tech methods. If you will accept a dinosaur era paper check, I would be glad to contribute. I avoid Potato Salad Hill during EJS, but want to help keep the area clean.
It won't fit. I have a Scout II, a Scout model 800 and a Scout model 80 for reference. Put me last in line for the hardtop, I don't need it, just don't want it to be scrapped.
Geo Tracker as DD
I DD a '95 Tracker with P235/75R15's, 16 valve with 5-speed. My drive to work this morning was scary, darting left and right on the highway to town at 45 mph due to the short wheel base going over frozen slush ice. Driving on the best weather days, it struggles to maintain...
I also have a rebuild kit for the Dana 20 if you have a box with good gears, $35. How does $125 sound for a complete box without shifter. I go by Morgan fairly often, so dropping it off would be no problem. Russ at 307-679-5195 (cell).
Steve, depending on the date you are installing the high top, I may be available to bring my small John Deere tractor with loader over to help with the lifting. Let me know when you have a date firmed up (307-679-5195 Russ's cell). That sounds like a great improvement for Fred.
Showing my age here, but I had a 1955 Olds sedan when I was in college. I installed a set of 6-volt horns in this 12-volt beast, and I could scare people over a block away.
I have the room and ability to take the entire vehicle and pull the engine here. How many miles, what condition is the engine in? Need to know if it's worth it to make the swap. What are you asking for the Rodeo?
