The wolves are on my doorstep

Now quit that Mike, you're making me paranoid. I've lived in cougar country for over 35 years, and I have never seen one in the wild.

The wolves are on my doorstep

So Mike, I saw you returning to Evanston tonight. Were you hunting up Whitney Canyon where the wolves are hanging out? You must have missed them Saturday when you were scouting that same area. I like the idea of wolves close by, but the reality is that we will have to be much more careful...

The wolves are on my doorstep

This morning I asked one of the plant mechanics how he did hunting Sunday. He had passed me on the road by my house going up Whitney Canyon to Medicine Butte. He said that he saw a good bunch of elk, but they took off before he could sneak up on them. Then he spotted a pair of wolves close to...

Jeep Good running 304 until it gets HOT

I have electric fuel pumps plumbed into the fuel lines between the tanks and mechanical fuel pumps on 2 of my old trucks. When they begin to vapor lock, I just flip them on, and the vapor lock symptoms go away immediately. This is typically travelling slow on hot days. When things cool down...

That's it, I'm selling my house and buying one of these...

I was in Japan 10 years ago, and some of the Fuso trucks had "GUTS" emblems on the front. I never managed to get a picture of one though. I did get some good laughs over that.

Hanging Tree with the Hottness!!! 29Jun2013

James, you should fab a sign for the last waterfall, since it's named after your Dad - Gordy's Launch. When I think of that obstacle, I still see Gordon going full throttle with his Wagoneer buggy up that fall on those awesome 34X9.50/15 TSLs, and usually making it.
