Hey Toad, on a 95 do they do an OBD2 emissions check or a sniffer check? I swapped a motor in to my cherokee a long time ago and just ran the a cat and the multi point injection and never had issues with it. I think they just did a sniffer test back then though. -Chris

Back in the day when I framed homes we would just walk the house and nail a thousand ring shanks in to the sub floor wherever we found a squeak. About one in ten times we would find it would be coming from between the wall and the sub floor instead of the subfloor and the joist.

Judging by the picture you posted I don't think it's your floor that is squeaking. I would think the floor has separated from the bottom plate of the wall and the floor is moving in correlation to the wall. That actually happens more often than not since the bottom plates of the walls are...
