rears are actually pretty different between a ZJ and a TJ... can't remember if the control arm and track bar brackets are the same, but the spring pads are quite a bit different.

I installed Clayton's with 4.5" rubicon express springs... it works great, and I've seen very few suspension kits that can come close the the quality of clayton's... including the rubicon express kit that it replaced.

I own a fairly built 5.9, and I'll say don't use a 5.9. You will HATE the gas mileage, and cooling does tend to be a bit of a bear. I replaced the water pump and flushed mine really well a few weeks back, but I can't run the AC consistently unless I'm going over 40 consistently if it's over 90...
