Bed is getting polished up, finish it up this coming weekend.
I used some deck sealer on the bottom side of the bed wood and had em blacken it up, threw in some shiny bits that are waiting around for installation. I'll rub in body paint diluted with acetone on the top side as well as teak...
Almost getting there along the Weber. Riverdale city has the trail closed off along the train yard area so I went along I-84 till I had to turn around.
How it started, many years before I bought it, my cousin intended to build it, the frame was scrapped and that engine he still has. My frame was pulled out of a garbage pile in Greenville, Utah sometime in the late 1960s by my father and uncle.

Stuffing some 4x10" speakers in the cab corners...
Changed headers over to Sanderson, rebuilt from header to flexpipe and then painted it all up.
Kick panels built so they can get upholstery.
Subwoofer box built as well.
Death anniversaries are always a punch to the gut, lost this Guy 7 years ago today, while it's easier it still hurts. F*#@ cancer! I know he's cheering us on to get this pickup done, he was super excited about it when I started and he's the inspiration behind the build. So to me it's way more...
Well not me cause I'm doing overtime at the actual job. My brother and his neighbor got started on the upholstery for the Fordy Stalker, gonna look sharp I think. All the top panels on the center console are easily removable sheet metal and magnets on two of them so I can access underneath...
