The shifter I have is from a 93 or 95, when you say second gen do you mean the 97-01 XJ ?

The ZJ one is different. I would need to see a TJ one to make sure the XJ ones are the same.

I have an XJ shifter and a ZJ shifter. I also have a couple of the bases they bolt to. Cables also. I don't have a current need for them so I can let them go. I also have an MJ small cover for the shifter but I would have to ask my son on that one.
