As a banker I ask, why not cash? You could meet at the bank. Bank checks or cashiers checks are actually fairly commonly faked, I would use caution

What about a rigid platform that pivots up with some gas struts to assist? Hard to make a post lift that doesn't bind and is operable by one person. I wouldn't sweat the open air under the tent, the foam mattress should insulate you from that. I thought you built a trailer to haul a nice...

The course would not be difficult even in a stock SUV, more of a scenic drive, but you sure will see some stuff. Make sure you go see checkpoints 3-6 on day 1

Sorry for not updating this throughout the race. Cell service was scarce and when I had it I was trying to figure out our navigation. So things were a little different than expected with the stops there ended up being 25 total checkpoints. We made 6 on a tough first day that saw angry private...

Congrats to the winners! Managed to hit all 25 checkpoints and all 5 via points, the only team to do so and made it to the finish event by 5:30
