The “200 sq ft” max “shed” build

I’m just north of center street. Two neighbors have gotten caught doing stuff without a permit, so maybe there’s a neighbor around close that is a snitch? It’s pretty hard to see my backyard, so I’m kinda leaning towards the philosophy of do it bigger, but perhaps just bolt the steel frame to...

    Anyone into 3D printing?

Can we get some of these mini balls printed? This one looks like it’s just an old 1/4” rod end, but something printed would be great.

The “200 sq ft” max “shed” build

That sounds along the lines of what I’d like to do. Any pictures of how it turned out?

    Nate’s longterm tiny shop build

Maybe the rock was limestone of some sort? Since it’s a base, it reacts with the vinegar, turns ashy white. We use crushed limestones as a neutralizer at work for our boiler condensates so it isn’t nearly as acidic when it hits the cast iron drains. Glad he’s fixing it, that’s a good guy!

The “200 sq ft” max “shed” build

Drill pipe was the plan if I go the steel route. I'd love to build bigger, but we've discussed the possibility of moving to be closer to family in WVC already, so that's why I'm very on the fence of whether I just build it bigger to begin with. I have toyed with the idea of building it modular...

The “200 sq ft” max “shed” build

I’ve also spoken with Springville city, anything over 200’ sq requires a permit, and approved, engineered plans, plus 30” below grade foundations even for slabs. Overall, it would be thousands more. Thats why I’m kinda trying to stick to 200 right now.

The “200 sq ft” max “shed” build

My wife and I are trying for another kid, as such, I would like to clean out my garage so she can use it in the winter. So I’m wanting to build a shed or small garage for my crap. Springville says I can build up to 200’ sq without a permit. What I’m trying to decide, how I should build it...

    Local paint source?

Props to you for trying to keep them nice. Just wait til you have one catch on fire. I’m not sure what your rental contract looks like, but I would make sure you have it in there that renter is responsible if it catches fire, because it’s only a matter of time. Another tip to be aware of, make...

    Anyone into 3D printing?

I like it, but why not just do a couple chain twists to tighten it a tad?

    Garage / Man Cave Goals

I have some more 3/16" I'll give you, not a full sheet, but probably 24"x48" useable you can have if you can cut me a few of these.

    What would you do?

I’d say cameras, fence, no trespass signs, and if you catch them again, I’d press trespass charges. But I guess if the cops don’t come back that’s kinda hard too.

    Get your dumpsters here!

That’s sick! I’ve been contemplating starting a rolloff business in Utah county, but don’t have the capital to get it up and going yet. I used to drive for my buddies business back in Nebraska. If you ever need a part time driver, I’d be game to help 👍

I think that looks cool….but is it real or just AI? Because the headlights are different in both front end pictures.

    Lighten the mood

So many questions…..is he selling his landlord’s tractor? Or is the tractor good for a landlord? And most importantly, wtf is a “trucktor”?

    Garage / Man Cave Goals

Ah yes, that’s it! Did he buy beds from the units down south then cut them up to build them? They sure are cool!

    Garage / Man Cave Goals

I saw a really cool wall tailgate art from a newer cruiser on Facebook the other day, but it was $1250. I can’t seem to find it now.
