The 44 has a stronger housing, R&P, and inner C's. And depending on what yr 30 bigger shafts and u-joints too.

yup 1.25 x .281 wall is what i use and it works great to tap. and i have some laying around but right now it's held for someone, let me see if they still want it and i'll get back to you.
