    i was about a 1/4 mile from the fire watching it grow fast. they got on it quick and got it handled now it's just got a few hot spots that i could see.

    words of advice to yourself...

    don't pee into the windy side while on the trail, it hots your passengers apparently don't leave cell phone in rig it either gets lost in a roll or falls out of pocket and gets ran over while racing down rds. when the stupid guy in the group says try that, it usually ends up being really awesome...

    not just different obstacles but different terrain, those obstacles have have traction except potato but that's hit and miss. HTT lately has mud on the rocks to which there isn't much for traction, add wet tires to the mix and well......good luck :)

    yes to both, rubicon isn't major hard it's just long, and well constrictor is constrictor. HTT has them both beat IMO. i wouldn't do it, if your attempting HTT with and open front diff'd IFS rig i'll make sure to NOT be on the trail that day.

    i seem to have friends losing homes all over colorado and utah in fires it seems like. between the high park and walden canyon fires then the fires here, still got more that's not in the clear yet too. its just shitty all around :( here's a link to the chaos in colorado springs area.

    if i remember right the stockton side is a nice wide graded road. the ophir side is the narrow harder one. but it's been a few yrs since i've been up the stockton side. Gonna try and be there.
