Nice rig. welcome. There's another guy on here who has a vx. Todd Adams and his wife are good people. They competed in UROC (maybe still do) with a Jeep, and he would wheel his vx occasionally just for fun. Don't know any other details, but I always kind of liked the look of those things.

just dropped my 9 bucks to see it tonight. I don't feel cheated at all. I liked it. I'm generally not big on zombie movies, but as previously stated, this wasn't a typical zombie movie. It did end a bit abruptly, but overall, I really liked it.

I thought I recognized some of those photos. I remember it well. Bart hit a rock with his trailer wheel and bent the $#!^ out of it. Nothing that a few smacks with a big hammer wouldn't fix (or was it another rock??). Good times....

I think the eskimos have over a hundred words to describe different types of snow. Since a lot of you are skiers, you probably have a dozen or more words to describe conditions on the slopes. Shoot, Brett has come up with over a half dozen right there. A tire can be designed to be perfect...

Both of your suggested options are not going to help you with mud. Yes, it does open up the tread a little, but you're not providing a path for the mud to be forced out of the contact patch. You will lose wear life and traction on rocks, packed snow and on-road. IF you gain anything in mud...

I think as long as everyone knows the event is for [charity, fun....whatever] it could make a real difference. As soon as you start getting beyond the 'run what you brung' thing (as in lots of people bringing in heavily sponsored rigs), people start getting testy about who is the 'winner'. If...

regardless of who you may have voted for, did you vote? How much different do you think the election would have gone if twice as many people showed up and cast their ballot? Its true it may not have turned out any differently, but at least you would have had your say.

It doesn't have to get that far if we all make our voices heard at the next election.... AND, think about it... how many gun owners out there do you think are really going to show up for a revolution if they won't even spend an hour every four years to get out to the voting booth?
