Do buy a 220 welder. I bought a Hobart handler 210 MPV for under $1000. However, the gas bottle will cost you more. I had a Lincoln 120v and loved it but really like the extra power.

Yep, I'm 111" - 112" and love it. Still maneuverable - with the help of a front dig here and there. With the 40" range tires, you just go over what you can't go around... I think JKU/JLUs are around 114".

I have the pump back on my original wiring rather than the spare circuit. It's now getting power through the ignition rather than just the battery like the spare circuit was. I'm thinking it's all controlled through the icm and relays. I'm going with that for now. I'll run it around and see...
