Si is back to himself. By the time we got home he was walking just fine so we didn't go the the doggy emergency room but I will try to get him into his Vet this week. Thanks for your concern.
I my opinion the White Rim is not a trail to be in a hurry on, slow down and enjoy the experience. We spent 3 nights, took our time, small hikes and took lots of pictures.
Frieed, Kevin B. and myself are camping tonight just North of Moab at 38.643971, -109.819613 if anyone else wants to join us.
Are we all still meeting at City Market at 9:00am tomorrow morning?
I hope everything is ok.
I have not done any of this trip but I do have Montezuma and the others routed on my GAIA so I think we can make this happen. There is enough of us to solve most any issue that comes up.
When I looked into bringing my dog from what I could see it they can be there just need to be under control. If it was a National Park instead of a Nation Monument then it would be a different story. Glen Canyon Nation Recreation Area seems to be more restrictive but they are still ok.
I work in North Salt Lake and will be leaving from there. I hope to leave 2:00-2:30 but I will just have to see. If we can't go down together Loan Mesa is easy to find, I will be monitoring 146.460.
Were you able to get your radio on 146.460?
I was looking at the 151.625 and I think it is out side of the 2 meter amateur radio band which I believe is 144-148 mhz. If I am misreading the band plan can someone please correct me.
