It’ll sound better once I get my wastegate set up better. The spring is too light. I need something heavier.

Exhaust is finished. Open, no muffler. Someday maybe I'll fix it. Its becoming more of rock crawler, less expo vehicle. I have my eyes set on a Defender 110 as an overlander in the future now that this is almost done. Just need to redo the driveshafts!

Passenger-side is finished. Sealed, primered and bedliner. All that remains is exhaust and a rear driveshaft lengthened.

    Work screw ups...

Oh, man, I'll have to dig through my computer with my time in North Dakota. None are my screw-ups though, just stupid truck drivers.

Driverside floor is fixed. Just waiting for the bedliner so I can coat the front floors and sound proof the front. All Range Rover owners should immediately throw away the sound deadening foam sponge that is under the carpet. All it does is collect moisture and rot out your floors!

Working on the A pillar now. But as I was welding something inside started a large fire. Luckily I was able to get to my water hose and put it out. So I’m taking a break now. I’ll finish the welding up tonight when everything dries out.

Finally knocking the rear of the rust out. I’m not a professional body man. Please don’t judge. I just don’t want to be Fred Flintstone. Driverside repair started. Before pictures

Alright header wrap is ordered, some raptor liner for the floors, some more 90 elbows for the exhaust and a book for the wife. What would my life be like without amazon. lol, probably in less debt.

I'll wrap the pipe in header wrap, I did it to the turbo and downpipe already, because they are very close to the firewall. Land Rover frames are very narrow. So I couldn't fit the exhaust through the frame, with the driveshaft coming off the transfer-case and the output right there. There...

The hard part of the exhaust routing is done. Just have to patch the floor up on this side and then on the other side.

Ok, time to fix the last few issues and call it good. Until its axle time that is. The new downpipe. Its getting tight in here. I have to rebuild the floor to make room for the exhaust. Center mount turbos are great, except the exhaust routing. 2.5" upsized to 3" Mandrel bent tubing...

I'm a firm believer, if you dream it you can do it. As long as it doesn't look like this.

    6.0 powerstroke rebuild.

I got $13.5K out of my 6.0 when I sold it. I had so much anxiety everytime I drove it after I got it fixed again. Some poor dude from Idaho bought it. I actually made $200 on it when I sold it. The dude gave me a check, drove off and I felt a calm I hadn't felt in 3 years. Then about 5...
