    ski boat guru

They're built like junk. In the two years my buddy had his boat we got two successfull runs out of his OMC 800. It was weird things like 1/4" steel brackets tearing apart on the power steering and gears shearing teeth and one time the steering was reversed, when he turned right the boat turned...

    ski boat guru

I just recently bought a boat. Last Saturday in fact. I pretty much stole it for the price I got. Anyway, I've pretty much lived on ksl and boat trader for the last three months so you can send me info on what you're looking at and I can tell you how it compares to the market. What kind...

So I went boating and dunked my phone Saturday

I bought one of those skinny little razr phones, went boating yesterday and left it in my pocket, jumped in the watter to push the boat and soaked it. So....the funny thing is it totally killed it. Now two days later I hook up the power and it fires right up, now it actually works better and...

You can try Ryan for that one too. He used to have a WRX himself. Anyway, he's a certified Master Mechanic so he can probably handle anything you need. Just a thought.

    USDTV - Anyone tried it?

Got it and it sucks. They said it was HD, it's not. The installer did the absolute worst job of routing the cable I've ever seen. First. Instead of drilling a simple hole and going outside through the wall of the room the TV was in, the installer decided to rout the cable to the ceiling...

    u-bolt eliminator opinions wanted.

I've seen something much like this but it was more like a plate with threaded bungs welded to it which was welded to the axle. the spring had a spring plate that went on top and bolted down throug. I'll have to check and see what I can figure out.

    Our EJS'06

My exgirlfriends dad has one, it's fast as he!! It's something like 500 hp on a aluminum chasis and fiberglass body so it's light and powerfull. They're pretty freakin cool. Can't say I've ever seen one on rocks before though.

    YJ front axle stretch

I read on one of those POR threads that the xj springs are super supple so I'm sure I'm just way over-shocked in the rear. I'm going to try some stocky's and see how it rides with them. I'm also going to get some poly full length sheets and stick them in between the leafs and see if that helps...

    YJ front axle stretch

mark, how does yours ride? Mine seems to have no weight in the rear and is bouncy as heck! I'm starting to wonder if it's the shocks. I only have like eight psi in the rear tires too and that's on the road. The front is definitely smoother than the rear.

i'm not sure about your perches. I was doing SOA at the time so I had the perches off already. I'd say check it out and see how it lines up. It may be that all you have to do is add some shims.

    YJ front axle stretch

I have stock wagy's in the front minus one leave with no wheel hop. I have xj rears in the rear with one leaf added to level it and I definitely need a traction bar in the rear. I get a slight rear end high look. Put up some more pics of your jeep, I'd like to see how it turned out. How did...

    YJ front axle stretch

That's what I've done. They bolted right in. The shackles sit at a little more of an angle now but that's about it. I haven't done anything with my steering yet so I'm not sure what to tell you but I don't think you'll run into any problems. Do you have high steer? Are you sprung under or...
