Are they all 27x10 ? This Rhino is the 450 version so it needs help in the power domain, that's why they used 25" stock

The stock size on these are 25x10x12 on the rear and 25x8x12 on the front. Someone in the past changed the rims and now it has 26x9x14 on the front and one 26x10x14 and one 28x10x14 on the rear. What size do you have ?

I fixed up a Rhino for my in laws and the thing has tires that are old and mismatched. If I'm reading the date codes correctly 3 of the 4 are from 2006 and one is from 2013 and the wrong size. I don't think they drove the wrong sized tire for many miles so hopefully they didn't mess things up...

I put in a 241 in my Commando, its a mix of a Dodge 241 with a Chevy input shaft. The Dodge comes with a non slip yoke rear output. It has worked great for me.

You might try hooking up your scanner and check your short term fuel trims. It should be +- 10 If its running too rich you could be flooding it out. My LS is running about -1. Not sure if the scanner will read these while cranking it over.

Throw out would typically sound worse with clutch pedal pushed in, unless the front input shaft housing or bearing is messed up. After looking at your old transfer case I would be surprised if something in the tranny wasn't messed up.
