Does anbody know when twinsticking a np205 if you have to shave both shift rails or just the front shift rail to shift independently???

Shafts are out pinion is out and i have been trying everything from prying to beating. I just must be an idiot or something! Haha!!

My 14 bolt is being a pain in the ASS!!! I cant seem to get my carrier out!:eek2: I have tried everything and it only budges about a 1/4 in. Any ideas what might be going on with it:confused:

Here is some progress i made today:) Hopefully i wll have the rear part of the frame done tomorrow and then i can throw some gussets on it on monday when i get some...

The water ports on the head gaskets are smaller in truck/car motors than the ones in marine motors... Just a little fyi:)

So the time has come to overhaul the jeep. It originally had a tbi 350 w/ th350 and clocked 205 with a dana 44 and gm 12 bolt all leaf sprung. I will be swapping in a kingpin 60 and 14 bolt with a th400 and 203/205 doubler with 3 link front and 4 link rear w/ coilovers in front and airshocks in...
