Official RME Monthly Trail Run Planning

Given the drive to get there it would mean all three days to get one day of trails in unless we camp up a trail somewhere so that could classify as another day. I can take an extra day on either or both ends as well. No dirt roads for my wife so it's just me so primitive camping is fine. If...

General Tech What did you work on Today?

great idea, gets it done stiffening up the edges. I've used rail of 1/4 rod as tie down points for a hitch platform carrier thing. Worked well.

    Any Mtn Bikers on RME?

Bars crossed up and the front end washed out sideways. The trail was shaped like a half-pipe and got too high up the side. I'm black and blue (turning yellow and green now :) ) but I'm fine.

    TRE Air Lockers

Interesting, I'm pretty sure most companies pursue "legal" advantages rather than "ethical" to the benefit of the shareholders, but that said, my comment was about motivation, not ethics. Chinese clones, legal or not, ethical or not, motivate innovation in the class leaders. I agree that...

    TRE Air Lockers

and on a seemingly opposite viewpoint.. I think companies like TRE may be the impetus for ARB to create better equipment. If nobody is nipping at your heels and you get your asking price, why innovate? It's not like ARB is giving their stuff away... There are many that are willing and able...

    TRE Air Lockers

so I'll just put this here.... about 35 years ago I bought a Grizzly table saw. I had done a bunch of work with a cheap radial arm saw previously and wanted to up my game with woodworking. I got the saw and the blade was slightly off of perpendicular to the table. Not a problem, I have an...

    Bilsteins on an F150

I now have a pass through socket set. :) and an update.. I've been chasing a thunk around for a couple months now. Do a slow S shape in a parking lot and every time you change directions the front end would make a "thunk" noise. Lot's of searches and I thought I had the answer... Bilstein...

    Any Mtn Bikers on RME?

Mostly just lack of skill... It's nothing new. Specifically, the trail was packed dirt/dust and U shaped from water running down it. I got too high on the edge and tried to correct but the front tire washed out and I did my best to avoid the root of a downed tree that was threatening to impale...

Neat features with the Xenforo forum software

I'll just add this to Greg's post.. Although it appears to work just fine on my desktop using Chrome, do not drag a photo and drop it into the text box. Some browsers don't seem to be happy with in-line photos and so won't display the pictures.
