    Gutter work

Does anyone do gutters or know anyone that does good work for a reasonable price? We tore the leaning/leaking sunroom off the back and have a few sections that need gutters. Not large areas, but oddly shaped. *Edit* Fascia too, silently the boneheaded previous owners felt the need to mangle a...

    I hate Craigslist Lowballers...

That's nuts. I can't believe you passed on a sweet iTunes gift card, though... It's just getting worse and worse. I'm receiving email to text for all kinds of nonsense, it's the worst.

    I hate Craigslist Lowballers...

The same way that some think by saying "Well, I'm a student" or any other "well, I'm a...." should magically lower the price.

Northern Utah Bountiful Canyon (Old Ward)

I remembered your Rover, but had completely forgotten about the Jeep you pulled out. Dude was halfway down the mountain.

Northern Utah Bountiful Canyon (Old Ward)

I would hope it could be, Old Ward is a fun local trail. Good memories running that in the snow back when I had my Trooper. Sawtooth, you were there too, from what I recall.

    Minivans....

Deep breath. Rest assured my wife and I both treat it as a passing lane and will not be contributing to the minivan cliche. I tried for a Flex, if only it had sliding doors and more cargo space...

    Minivans....

Right? Something I've already experienced driving it home from the dealer!

    Minivans....

You've clearly never seen my wife drive... I pity the fool that holds her up in the carpool/fast lane.

    Minivans....

The search is over. Scored a great deal on a 2015 Sienna XLE. Wife is beyond thrilled, basically acting like I do about my Jeep.

    Minivans....

Thanks for the alt recommendations. They were definitely considered. We've test driven everything under the sun, new and used, every minivan out there. My wife walked away not liking the 'cheaper' (her words) feel of the T&C interior and on the road. She actually dislikes the "car/suv" feel...

    Minivans....

I've heard that, thanks for that confirmation. My wife's basically to this point and she doesn't even own the vehicle yet! Over the weekend she's decided on a Sienna. Now to find one...

What made you go Sienna over Odyssey? Just the AWD?

    Minivans....

We've contemplated that, living on/near the east Layton bench, but we did just fine this winter with snow tires. But if the deal is right, definitely wouldn't say no.

    Minivans....

In the market for a new-to-us minivan. We have one now, but a mini-minivan, a 2005 Mazda MPV. It's been a great little vehicle, but now with our third kid here is just too small. I know there a lots of nice SUVs out there, but you can't beat the utility or the ease of sliding doors. Anyone...

    Stucco Work?

Mines soft, then, I think. More like a foam.

    Stucco Work?

What's the difference between the two? One is... softer?

Bought a home, seller didn't disclose

Exterior water migration, for sure. Insurance covered the tear out and dry out, and will cut a check to restore the space. Before doing that, however, will need to determine where coming in and why. Pretty sure I know where - my clue was the 1" deep bead of caulk applied to the bottom of the...

Bought a home, seller didn't disclose

The home warranty doesn't cover it, they "cover things, not the resulting damage." I have a call in with my homeowners insurance agent, we'll see. Most likely an after deductible kind of thing.
