55 turn is what my crawler has. A 27 turn will pick up the speed . I did turn mine into a formula off-road er with a 12-Turn modified motor but broke a ton of parts and went back to crawler mode. Spur gears only come in plastic.

The spur gear wasn't too bad. Just need the pinion closer. Use a piece of paper in between the gears to get the mesh correct.

Started work on making cabinets inside the teardrop. It just had a shelf. Last summer's bumpy skyline trip left camping gear scattered inside. :oops:

I bet you could run your power steering cooler in series with the radiator for additional PS cooling.

Who knows if I'll get to go now. My woman didn't like the lack of shade and said no to this year. Tried my dad but he's got NASCAR tickets (again) :mad:. So lame. April is the 4-wide and in the fall will be 2 .

There's a vitamin for dogs that helps with joint pain and arthritis someone recommend to me for our English bulldog, cant remember the name of it. We had his hips Xrayed and they look great. The cold seems to bring it on, so we try to keep him warm. Loves the electric blanket . Only goes outside...

Yeah. He got stuck only after the first turn but any further up would've been scary. Narrow.

Since it didn't sound like much snow for the BR run, me and DaveN decided to head east for deeper snow. There was about 6" or more in shaded areas but it was fun to check out different places. Once at the top there was a gate . So we checked out some side trails and enjoyed the views.

We got rid of our Cable the other day and switched to direct TV. Still getting used to the remote & channels. Turns out we lost a few of our favorites including discovery channel and im missing Street Outlaws. Let's hear from you direct TV guy's about the car channels.

I really want to try out my chains SO, im out. Gonna see what Kamas has to offer.

I like the Kamas idea. It's different and we know there is snow. Plus with the boar group going up blackrock would be too easy .
