I have a set of front OMEs for sale that work perfectly on TJs with 3.5-4.5 of lift. For the rear i would outboard the shocks.

extension: disconnect your shock and let the suspension droop to where the coil can be spun by hand with a little force, but is not unseated. measure compression: remove the coil and compress the suspension until the bumpstops make contact. measure Are you still trying to install one tons?
