Pretty sure the narrowest good billet adapters/spacers available are 7/8", FWIW.

It is a poor design, but I've done more XJ leaf jobs than I can recall and have only had to fight one with a spinning nut.....way back when on the stock springs on my 89, I had the bolt seize in the bushing sleeve and had to bend the front hanger like a taco to get an angle to bust it free...

A lot like when it's dry.....only wetter. Z-turn gets a little slickery, but other than that it's not bad.....now, add some snow to the Rim and it gets reeaally interesting.

haven't tried it yet myself, but since gas contains low levels of acetone already, the fuel system components are designed to be exposed to it.

Agreed, depends on the company....my 6yr old and I had a great time playing on Steel Bender last weekend, but an even better time running Moab Rim, Hell's Gate and Mickeys the next day.....he's already asking about PC. :) 3.5-5

The buckets went to my neighbor......he wound up buying a set of Corbeau's so I'll see what he did with the XJ seats.......DD my keister, my suggestion was to improve the daily ride and make it work great offroad too, ymmv. Better do a full cage before anything........

Brian, I'm no YJ guru.....(played one once on TV) but were it me, I'd be looking into a SOA rear and a coilover/LA setup in the front. Push the rear axle back and the front forward to gain some wheelbase. How's that for a delicious breakfast?

Try Crabtree Auto in Riverdale....they buy a lot of late model totaled XJs so they may have a cheaper than the dealer ECM option on the shelf. They are a M-F shop, DexOnline will get you their number.....ask for Joe and tell him that Jeff Turner sent you.

Good choice, I've put a lot of hiway miles on KO's plus wheeled every 4+ trail in Moab with them. Great all around rubber, you'll be happy with them.
