I would find a quality powder coater. Often they have many colors available. It is surprisingly inexpensive. I did both my bumpers and some other little stuff for like $100. That included sandblasting to remove the old powder coat.

I had a stuck rotor on the front of my tacoma 2wd. I took a small torch and lightly heated the rotor (outside or near the bolt circle). Then I took a rubber mallet, and gave it a good whack...presto! off came the disk.

based on what I understand about the philosophy of BFG's parent company, I don't think you'll see (or have seen) the Krawler as a bias ply. That said, a radial tire can still be a radial and have a body ply with an angle in the 80's (pure radial has a 90 degree body ply).
