Just from a physics standpoint, the snatch isn't doing much of anything unless you get the hook connected up near the winch. (The distance from the hook to the snatch isn't going to change much when it is up and down)

Full fixtures. I bought about 10 of them from Costco last year when they were on sale. Finally installed a few over the weekend to work on a project. I really like the result. We didn't even notice the sun went down it was so bright in the garage!

I wouldn't register it. The limit is 750 or 1000 lbs, but typically people with single axle don't and tandem do.
