Majorly bummed, my "new" motor arrived. Its been dropped and damaged. The shipper didn't do a good job with crating and packaging it. The oil pan is all smashed in and I'm sure the pickup tube as well. Damn. I'm sure those parts are not too hard to get, but that's going to delay the install.

So Its about ready to come out. Just 5 transmission bolts to take it out.

Amazon has that stuff. I built the snorkel on my Range Rover out of 3" mandrel bent exhaust tubing. It worked pretty good.

Mine does the same thing off-line. very annoying. While it works good most of the time, its the other times when I need to see where I'm going that it really sucks.I got this for the off-line ability. Should I try a different mapset? I'm using it on my iPad.

This guy doesn't seem to know a lot. Under land rovers, because I deal with them a lot and know them very well. LR2's are garbage. Complete and utter garbage. He rates them higher than an LR3 and LR4. But that is completely wrong. It should be LR4>LR3>LR2 Land Rovers quality since 2006...

It doesn't have a computer. I haven't had any issues with IP pumps, I had the old one timed at a shop, but now that I know how to do it, not a big issue. Plus I can take it out in about an hour. Its pretty simple.

After threadserts failures, broken bolts, stripped threads. Hopefully this will work. Sick of breaking the starter bolt on this motor. I drilled out the hole, hammered a hardened nut into place and welded it solid. If this breaks again. I'm shooting the engine.
