My trans guy advised against a flush. I drained and refilled mine a few times to get it all changed. If you can afford it, get a temp gauge and a cooler with a fan you can switch on if temps get higher. Also never disconnect the factory trans cooler in the radiator. Temps will skyrocket. Run...
