...and don't trust that Maveric guy :flipoff:
Leaking inner seals can be a sign that you have a bent/warped axle housing, especially if you find that they are wearing way too fast. Is it still stock or have you welded anything to it? Did you or someone else have a hard landing?
For your parking break how about a line lock? If you cant find one local they are only about $30 from Summit. If you just need the stock parts I am sure I have some arround somewhere.
Is there a law in UT that prohibits lifts on vehicles? (sorry im in CO) I dont see how lift springs are a...
Welcome home! and thank you for your service! WE Rock has pretty much become the governing body for most rock crawl events. XRRA is the govn body for rock racing. This site is your best bet for events in Utah. WE Rock has held a crawl in Cedar City for the last few years but that event has...
Well opinions are like.....and mine is no different
If you cant run in any gear with 35's and 4:88's then you have some other issue (motor). 4:88's are considerably stronger than 5:29's and you definatly dont need 5:71, everyone I have ever known stips these gears out within a few runs. Also...
If your not going to run bigger than 35" tires you dont need 5:29's. Regear the axles to 4:88, and when you get more $$$ do a doubler and get an output shaft from Bobby Long.
Did you put in the limited slip addative when you changed the gear oil? Did this problem start right after you replaced the gear oil? Im no mechanic but my ford axle needs the addative.
Just a different spin on the chain letter idea. Offer the letter up in a form that can be downloaded and the sender and reciever info can be changed. This way the talking heads recieve 5000 individual letters instead of 1 letter with 5000 signatures. This also allows people from other states to...
I have a rig capable of the hardest lines but I would be unaware that a specific bypass was illegal if it already had tracks. Who is the final word on what routes are and are not acceptable? I completely understand that taking a bypass defeats the purpose of running a trail like pritchett. Once...
What can be done to inform the public about what are and are not acceptable routes/bypasses on any individual trail? I have not run PC in a number of years and am addmittedly ignorant of legal vs. non legal bypasses when on many trails, not just those in Moab, but any new or unfamiliar trail...
I stand corrected! I was sure that I had seen a clocked adapter from TG and AA.
A couple options with the shifters;
Bend or cut the old shifter
Twin sticks! Marlin makes one setup for the rotated case
Yes! Marlin, TG, and AA all have had their out for a while now. I use Marlins in the F-Toy. No problems.
Can I ask what is your reason for the clocked? Ground clerance/flat belly?
The eliminator kit is stronger than the stock birfs but not as strong as the Longs (or probably the Dirty 30's).
I have had some warranty and customer service issues, if you want specifics I would be happy to share them with you by PM. I do use TG parts on my rig(s) in select parts of the...
As I stated before, i dont have any problem with TG products. I have been less than impressed with their customer service and warranty. My experience was certainly not no questions asked, and I had issues getting them to replace product in a timely fashion. In all fairness I, like 99% of bobbys...
