    The I-15 bounce!

My 2024 Tundra Crew Cab with a 6.5' bed gets the bounce. I think it is mostly wheelbase.

    Spotted

A few I've seen the last little while. Some friends at lunch a few weeks back. A 200 at the Pentagon parking lot. A sweet old Bronco in NYC. A GX 550 in Farmington.

After being gone for 10 days, I moved my daughter's finished bed into her room tonight. Some pics while doing the finish. It's tall, but it's what she wanted.

    Experience with Lasik?

I'll say the recovery from PRK is HORRIBLE, But when your vision finally clears up after MANY weeks, it's amazing.

    Experience with Lasik?

I had PRK and mono done several years ago at Hoopes. No complaints here. I'd do it again in a heartbeat! Just make sure you don't get a headache from mono. I wore only one contact for a week to ensure I could do it. YMMV...

Tomorrow (I guess really, later today), I'll wipe it down then do the first coat of stain. Hopefully I'll have the final coat on in the evening so it's ready to go in her...

More progress on the bed tonight. I got both boxes trimmed out and got one of them rough sanded. I also started on the box for the foot of the bed. It might not look like much but this is 6 hours of progress without a picture of the 2nd case all trimmed out.

My daughter wants a bookcase bed. She was planning on buying some cheap bookcases at Walmart until I told her those would never hold up as a bed. Her birthday is coming up so I decided to build her a new bed for her birthday. I started last week with a few sheets of 3/4" plywood, some 1/4"...

    Proud father moments

Granddaughter... We're still rocking the same haircut for a bit but she will pass me by pretty quick ;). It is crazy to think we have 5 generations at the same time, and like you said, the differences in life and livibility of someone born in the 1930's and in 2024.
