    BAJA anyone?

If I was to start out with a Toyota I would go with the Total Chaos suspension. I know Lee at FNL Offroad has built a couple of Long Travel prerunner Toyota's both have full functional 4X4. I had Lee build me a Long Travel 4x4 Ranger and it was a sweet set-up close to 20" Travel, King Coilovers...

    Herculiner good or bad?

You can make the Herculiner as smooth as you want with a Bupa gun all you have to do is increase the air pressure on you compressor and you can spray as smooth or gritty as you want and the bupa gun is only $19.00 at any paint supply house.

    baja truck!!!

It will be cool when he gets it done. I just hope when he does the suspension he doesn't set it up to have much bump travel because if the cell sits over the axle he runs the risk of smacking the fuel cell with the top of his differential. I know if he links the rear it looks as if it will have...

    baja truck!!!

Another reason for putting the fuel cell directly behind the cab, is it doesn't affect the valving on your rear suspension as much. If you have it mounted at the rear and you have a full tank or a empty tank your weight changes drastically making it a little more difficult to dial in the rear...

    baja truck!!!

I understand getting weight to the rear because I have a Desert truck but it looks like his fuel tank is directly over the rear axle not at the rear of the truck. It would have been better to have bought a fuel cell that fit between the frame rail or cut the rear of the frame off and make his...

    baja truck!!!

It looks like the spare tire is at the very rear of the frame rails and the fuel cell is almost right over the rear tires? I just think it looks goofy where and how they mounted it, But like I said its a good start.

    baja truck!!!

Looks like a pretty good start I like the front clip. Now comes the exspensive stuff.... Why did they mount the Fuel cell were they did? It would be better right behind the cab or in the very back between the frame rails.
