Yes. The head is brand new (let me explain). The head was trashed in it's past life, so it was decked (higher compression). It has a 3 angle valve job, new springs, keepers, blah, blah, blah. I haven't had the best of luck with blocks, so a reputable shop would be great. Sounds like this...
